When you send us a message or request a quote: your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The form also records your IP address and browser type to help us stop spam.
When you browse: our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
To carry out a project or contract with you or your company.
To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website for us: our web host, and the email service that delivers form messages to our team. They process the information on our behalf and may store it outside the Philippines. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and third-party content

We ask for your consent before using any cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link on this site.
Videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
The promotional pop-up remembers that you closed it using your browser’s storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years afterwards unless they become part of a contract, in which case we keep them as long as the law requires for business records.

How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to authorised EBAX staff.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about, access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
